Just in case you've forgotten how a real American President and leader of the Free World should address a pandemic, here is a portion of Sen. Bernie Sander's response to the Coronavirus -- "a thing of beauty and leadership in a very chaotic, dark time," according to progressive news host, Tim Black.

Hear Bernie's National Emergency plan, and what should be implemented immediately, in the first five minutes, and then Black's excellent commmentary. (Sanders' full speech is below.)

Here are a few of the comments excepted from below the video:

HPMcQueen:

Today, we saw a preview of three possible responses to the coming crisis. Trump: utter incompetence; Biden: a frail, corrupt puppet pleading for plans from a teleprompter, Bernie: delivering passionate certainty & specificity. Liberals historically select their leaders like they're casting a movie. Over the next few weeks, that popular criteria for Presidential leadership will be tested in dramatic terms by current events. And in this perfect storm of globe altering crises, only one candidate will meet the new standard.

Biden is not a crisis manager - that requires integrity, fortitude, competence, energy, compassion, proactivity, imagination. Sunday will provide a rare window of clarity that may well - if we're lucky - reveal the one candidate who is prepared to respond effectively to crisis. That ain't Joe. That's Sanders.

Sarkastik Leader

I closed my eyes as Bernie talked and this man broke everything down and actually made me feel more secure despite all the chaos I experienced at Walmart last night. This dude always leads from the front and it's clear as day that he will never let corporate handlers direct what's best for us.
